MOA Research Cell – a New Initiative
Dear MOA Members,
MOA Journal is growing fast and is in lead among the Indian Orthopaedic Journals. We are able to publish regular issues for last 5 years and there was o lapse of single issue in this period and there are enough articles to publish for forthcoming issues. We are getting enough submission of articles to the journal so now we have to improve the quality of articles submitted to our Journal. In this direction we have taken a new initiative of forming a virtual research cell to help our members.
This virtual research cell will provide following services
Online Research Mentorship/guidance
- Constant Touch with MOA mentors
- Specifically focussed on postgraduates and Trainees
- Articles, analysis and a road map to publication
- Collaborative authorships and network to main IORG research network
- MOA members can become default members of existing WhatsApp / Telegram group
This virtual cell will function as a WhatsApp group and as telegram groups which will be guided by admins that will include the members from editorial board of Journal of Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery and other research- oriented surgeons. This goes in accordance with the presidential theme of ‘Orthopaedic Excellence through Technology’. This portal can be joined by any MOA Member and they can send request to join on phone number of editor of JTOS : 9833110366 . If postgraduate students who are not member of MOA wish to join this group, they have to become an associate MOA member to avail the services.
